Meet the Cook
Saide was born in a small city in the Eastern Mediterranean, Turkey, where its cuisine reflects the exquisite culture and becomes a medium to bring many people together – these early years instilled in Saide an undying love of the cooking and appreciation of local recipes. Cooking, eating healthy food, and being productive have been her passion throughout her life.
She has enjoyed cooking in different geographies and served in many cultural events and festivals in America and Europe. Saide cooks meticulously to make sure that her food is tasty, nutritious, and healthy. Therefore, she puts a great deal of effort into scientific, culinary, and cultural research of her recipes. Saide believes good food is a never-ending discovery for fun, pleasure, and well-being.
